BURMAN REINING HORSES is located at Hauser Equestrian Center, 39880 Cactus Valley Rd. in Hemet CA. The ranch offers every amenity a great Training Facility should have: a large open arena used for client lessons and training; a hot walker; wash racks; tack rooms; a top-notch show barn; a mare motel and turn-out pens.

     I am a very goal orientated individual. Goals are the foundation to success. When I get a new client I sit down with them and assess the goals that they have for themselves and their horse. We then come up with a "game plan" based on these goals and their abilities. Johnette looks at each customer as an individual, understanding that no two are alike — and neither are the horses! "It's something I always keep in mind when working with either."

   Johnette has a very successful start-to-finish program. Many of the horses Johnette and her clients have been successful on she started as two year olds. An example of one that is standing out in 2008 is Justashiny Moment. This mare is really starting to shine!ß This mare is really starting to shine! A good example of Johnettes' solid "start-to-finish" training foundation is the 2001 mare Finest Diamond {Above Left} — sired by Footworks Finest. "Charlie" was started by Johnette as a two-year-old; by 2005 this mare was the Limited Open Derby Champion at the Hollywood Charity Horse Show and Reining by the Bay; Charlie was also Reserve Champion, Ltd. Open Derby at the 2005 MEC Spectacular.

     She helps non pros at every level of competition. These Non Pros have been doing very well with Callie Marin and Vintage Boom taking Champion honors at the 2007 Jack Baker Finals & Maria Baker with her horse Heir to Shine (Harry) placing 3rd overall and Champion Saddle Winner in the 39 & Under Saddle at the 2007 Jack Baker FInals. Maria & "Harry" were also 2007 Rookie of the Year Finalists in OKC. In 2007 Cassidy Cobarr rode Mark Me a Slider to the Reserve Champion, Limited Non Pro Futurity at the Mantanna Classic and Champion, Limited Non Pro Futurity at the Scottsdale Classic.
